Micro-district “Tairovo Gardens” organizes the first lecture-picnic on 411 battery!
June 28, at 11 a.m., on 411 battery will take place a lection of the researcher of Soviet modernist architecture Lev Shevchenko.
Lev will talk about: who, how and why built the largest district of Odessa. What was there before? How and why the new architecture of 60s-80s was created. And also, what is left of it and what we should do with it in the future.
Lev Shevchenko – is Kiev resident, journalist, and researcher of Soviet modernist architecture. He writes for all-Ukrainian media and is a speaker.
