The history of Odecom Development dates back to 2004, the company’s first real estate item was the 10-storeyed residential complex with an underground parking at 123 Fontanskaya Doroga St., which was commissioned in 2006.
The company’s next step was the project of constructing town houses at the 16th Station of Bolshoy Fontan.
During the financial crisis of 2008-2009, which resulted in over 1,000,000 sq. m. of unfinished residential property in the territory of Ukraine, the Odecom Development company came into the market with its “How To Finish Suspended Construction” program.
The first real estate item for the Odecom Development company was the project of constructing town houses at the 16th Station of Bolshoy Fontan.
During the financial crisis of 2008-2009, which resulted in over 1,000,000 sq. m. of unfinished residential property in the territory of Ukraine, the company started working actively.
At that moment, the Odecom Development company came into the market with its «How To Finish Suspended Construction» program. The first item realized under that program was the Levitana residential complex (former Kamelot RC), which had been taken under management in April 2012. In accordance with the plan, Odecom Development commissioned the entire residential complex with an area of over 55,000 sq. m at the end of 2016.
In spring 2015, Odecom Development organized the works on bringing the Gray Diamonds RC (former Gagarin Plaza I RC) consisting of 2 buildings in Arkadiya with a total area of 84 000 sq. m, to habitable condition. In the end of summer 2016, all the works on one of the buildings were completed, and the works on the other building are in progress. The estimated completion date is the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Another important real estate item of the company, within the «How To Finish Suspended Construction» program, is the Aqua Marine RC (former Zolotoy Bereg RC). The item was taken under management in August 2015. The residential complex is located at the 16th Station of Bolshoy Fontan. Its total area exceeds 105,000 sq. m. The estimated completion date of the complex is the 4th quarter of 2018.
In September 2015, Odecom Development started construction of «The House in Schorsa St» item. «The House in Schorsa St» is a contemporary 2-sectioned 10-storeyed house. As of the present moment, the construction is carried out according to the schedule, and the investors will get their residential property already in the 3rd quarter of 2017.
In March 2016, Odecom Development developed the concept of the Tairovskie Sady Microdistrict, a new comfort-class microdistrict with all the related infrastructure, construction of a school, a kindergarten, sport grounds and playgrounds. The construction started in March 2017.
At the moment, the Odecom Development company has positively established itself as the leading choice in the construction business of Odessa.
